After I stuck the pb&h protein "pie" in the fridge over night, the thing finally got the texture I was looking for. I brought a few slices for people to try and they really liked it. It's too bad that Kathleen never got to try any.

12 Burpees
24 Pushups
36 Squats
400m Run
Repeat 4 times
LOL, I experimented doing this workout on an empty stomach and with a bit of water right after waking and damn. I felt like a slug made of feces! But I enjoyed being in the track this morning, it was refreshing.
