Girly Anime Show

Finally trained today after taking a nap for hours.

Nutrition
-Pork and veggies
-MRE (just the main meal)
-Almonds and raisins
-Pork and tomatoes
-Banana pb&j
-Banana protein smoothie

Conditioning
-1 mile run
-Magic 50 with no rest
