Well I it's about time I log my training and nutrition. I might as well also blog about "girly" things like interesting things from my day.

Decided to finally hit the gym for some str training which I have not done in a long time; I have not ran in awhile either. It seemed that most of my workouts have been conditioning lately so today I felt really good after hitting the gym with some heavy lifting. I consumed a bit more than usual too.

Nutrition
-Pasta with ham and Spam in a cheese sauce
-Banana
-2.5 servings of tuna
-Beef burrito from school
-Fried pork with rice and veggie mix?(eggplant, onion, tomato)
-Almonds with honey
-Fried pork with banana and rice
-Almonds

Strength Training
-Run to gym
-Squats 3x8 2x6
-Deadlifts 4x8
-Bench 3x6
-Run home

  1. Haha, "girly" things. I guess I owe you a comment, since you leave me so many. I'm proud of you for staying away from the peanut butter for at least one day!
