Physique Update #1

After bulking a up bit during the holidays (took advantage of all the eating) it is finally time (or has been) to lose the cakes, chocolates, and pies the still cling on my body. For some extra motivation I will be posting images of myself for the chronicle.

Nutrition
-Egg whites, sausages, and rice
-Green tea drink thing
-Almonds and raisins
-Almond, raisins, and a banana
-Bourbon chicken
-Bourbon chicken
-Egg, sausage, jalapeno wrap

I was about to run to the gym right after school but decided to do the bag work I intended to do yesterday.

Heavy Bag
-Shadow Box
-Heavy bag

-10x10 Body kicks
-Shadow Box

Conditioning
-Pull ups 6x3
-Bar hangs 30 sec x3

-Circuit Training
60 sec Burpees, Pull ups, Squats, Push ups
45 sec Burpees, Pull ups, Squats, Push ups
30 sec Burpees, Pull ups, Squats, Push ups
15 sec Burpees, Pull ups, Squats, Push ups
No rest. 10 min total.
