To waste time is to expend it thoughtlessly or carelessly. We all have time to spend or waste, and it is our decision what to do with it. But once passed, it is gone forever. -Jun Fan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:arial;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Do I really waste time nowadays? It seems that everything I do poses a purpose for at least something that contributes to the larger picture. I don't really veg out unless I need to rest, but when I rest I actually really need it; so really I'm still spending my time resting in a specified manner. And when I rest I do something constructive like paint, build, or read (but not homework!??!). Although I still engage in activities while resting, I still feel as if though I am wasting it if my previous day was not exhausting. My day feels wasted. From now on I am going to make rest days like these "active rest" days, where I do something active but not physically demanding. Yes, a superb dream indeed. Felt like shit this morning but pt made my day much better. I had just wished I brought more food to school.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Nutrition&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Fried pork veggies and rice&lt;br /&gt;-Chicken patty with a piece of bread&lt;br /&gt;-Almonds and rasins&lt;br /&gt;-Pork, egg, sausage, and fried rice&lt;br /&gt;-South western turkey wrap&lt;br /&gt;-Yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries&lt;br /&gt;-Banana with peanut butter and honey&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Conditioning&lt;/span&gt; (NJROTC PT)&lt;br /&gt;-Crunches&lt;br /&gt;-Push ups&lt;br /&gt;-1.5 mile run&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Didn't do much for training because I needed to catch some sleep I was missing at home. I was planned on doing some heavy bag work but the body needed its rest. I might as well also blog about "girly" things like interesting things from my day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Decided to finally hit the gym for some str training which I have not done in a long time; I have not ran in awhile either. It seemed that most of my workouts have been conditioning lately so today I felt really good after hitting the gym with some heavy lifting.
